I have been a nutritionist/dietitian for over 30 years and my areas of expertise are highly specialized, yet diverse, ranging from food sensitivities to risk factor management to gastrointestinal health to eating disorders to women's health to sports nutrition. I translate and apply the science of evidence based nutrition principles through personalized food and supplement plans designed to improve well-being, health, and performance. I also provide a comprehensive program for food sensitivity testing that includes a blood test and a highly personalized nutrition protocol for inflammatory and autoimmune conditions such as IBS, IBD, migraines, fibromylagia, eosinophilic esophagitis, and other conditions.

I work with clients to customize a nutrition plan based on your specific goals. Be that reduce weight, lower cholesterol, improve IBS symptoms. I use a science-based approach to develop a personalized strategy that helps people meet their goals by making small, achievable changes to their existing diet as I guide them through the process. I earned my master's degree in human nutrition from UIC in 2016 and have worked in Chicago as a licensed and registered dietitian ever since. Solveig is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women's health, fertility, and PCOS. She fosters a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their relationship with food and learn to make mindful choices that nourish both body and soul. Solveig believes in a holistic, non-diet approach to nutrition counseling, empowering clients to be the expert of their own body. She believes her job as a dietitian is to share evidence-based knowledge, provide nutrition education, and help reframe limiting beliefs while respecting client's autonomy regarding their health choices.

Ilana has been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. She completed her dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for various neurological conditions including epilepsy, post-traumatic brain injury, stroke prevention and post-stroke management, swallowing difficulty with use of modified diets, alternative routes of nutrition. Additionally, she also provides medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight loss. Jane is a licensed registered dietitian. She completed her BS degree in Dietetics and her MS degree in Food and Nutrition at ISU. Jane enjoys personalizing nutrition therapy. She finds fulfillment in working with clients ready to make a change. In her spare time, Jane likes to watch old movies and ride her Peloton. She loves her rescue pets, CeCe and Heathcliff.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Lindsey Herr is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Lindsey has years of experience working in clinical nutrition, corporate wellness and private practice. Beth has been working for over five years as an inpatient, outpatient and long-term care Licensed Registered Dietitian. The possibilities to manage and prevent chronic disease with improved nutrition inspired Beth to begin a career in dietetics. A food lover at heart, Beth believes food must always taste good, therefore she loves to be creative with recipes to increase nutritional value. She helps guide her clients toward nutritious eating with the goal of nourishing the body to improve energy and quality of life.

Angela has been a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist since 2007. She has a certificate of training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This means that Angela takes a holistic approach looking at all parameters of a person's health to personalize a specific plan. Angela specializes in digestive health and plant-based nutrition as she has personally experienced issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and altered hormones that have been helped with the use of holistic evidence-based nutrition.

Christi (she/her) became a registered dietitian in 2019. She studied dietetics and dance at Michigan State University and completed a master’s degree in applied nutrition at Russell Sage College. She has helped clients with diabetes, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular disease, mental health conditions, and weight goals in addition to having experience providing care for the LGBTQ+ community. Christi takes a holistic approach to nutrition counseling, considering multiple aspects of health and well-being when prescribing diet advice.

Nazia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She then went onto complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness (MSNW) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) alongside her Dietetic Internship at Benedictine University. She then worked for Kaplan University for their Nutrition Department as an adjunct instructor. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian for Good Samaritan Hospital. While at Kaplan Nazia completed her Master of Science in Education in Instructional technology (MS Ed.). Nazia is currently working on her PhD in Health Sciences.

Shalini is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who also holds a Master of Science in Health Science and Nutrition from Georgia State University. Shalini began her career as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian over 10 years ago and has since transitioned into providing medical nutrition therapy in outpatient settings. Shalini practices a flexitarian, plant-based style of eating at home. Aside from nutrition, Shalini has a passion for cooking, fitness, and spending time with her family. She became a Registered Dietitian to help people understand the connection between food and wellness.

Rosemary is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one. Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. I am a Registered dietitian, licensed and certified in 10 states. I have been President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for New York State. My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals.
