Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. Andrea Hinojosa is a Bilingual Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Nutritionist (LDN), and certified lactation counselor (CLC). She completed her bachelor’s at Dominican University and her master’s degree and dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago.

Christina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices with a functional medicine/holistic whole body approach. I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

Demi is a registered dietitian who is dedicated to enhancing overall health and wellness. Specializing in aiding those with diabetes, gut health issues, PCOS, as well as renal and thyroid issues using a holistic approach. Beyond evaluating dietary practices, Demi considers lifestyle elements such as sleep, stress, and attitudes towards food. Combining nutritional expertise with empathy, she guides individuals towards improved health journeys. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Master of Arts in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Healthcare Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami.

Brooklyn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Science degrees from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. During nutrition counseling sessions with Brooklyn, you can expect to feel fully heard and motivated to reach your unique nutritional goals.
