I help women who are struggling to lose weight implement simple, sustainable food and lifestyle habits so they can support a healthy metabolism, balance hormones, increase energy levels, and permanently lose weight without counting calories or following restrictive diets. Unlike traditional diets, I use an individualized functional medicine and culinary nutrition approach to help my clients build lifelong healthy habits so they can confidently nourish their bodies in a delicious and satisfying way.
My signature 1:1 coaching program is comprised of 4 steps that we work through over the course of 3-6 months. I teach each client how to balance their meals, incorporate easy and accessible cooking, implement simple mindset shits, and manage stress and sleep. I encourage clients to use a data-driven approach by evaluating advanced labs.
