Food is Fuel, LLC offers compassionate nutritional counseling services for any person seeking to heal their relationship with food and their body. My goal is to empower and support my clients to create life-long changes in their thoughts, beliefs and behaviors around connecting and establishing trust between body and food as well as discovering enjoyment in your intuitive choices.
I am a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and therefore specialize in persons that have eating disorders, disordered eating, athletes and eating disorders and provide medical nutrition therapies for mental health and substance use disorders.
I build a compassionate relationship with clients and collaborate on an individualized plan to encourage recovery. It is important to me that clients are seen and valued for who they are.
