In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I specialize in midlife health and wellness, helping my clients reverse chronic diseases or new diagnoses. I understand that the needs of our bodies change as we age, and I am committed to providing personalized nutrition that supports optimal health and vitality.

At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters. If you do not have kidney disease, we have dietitians who specialize in a variety of conditions.

Julia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with clients with PCOS, Pre/Postpartum Nutrition, Infertility, GI Disorders, and other areas. Julia believes nutrition has the power to both heal and prevent illnesses. For this reason she has made it her mission to help others utilize nutrition to fuel themselves and live their best lives. Julia promotes individualized nutrition and prides herself on working one-on-one with clients to discover their individual needs.

Jenny is a registered dietitian who believes in a holistic approach to health. She has helped people manage their nutrition and weight through some of the most critical times of their lives. She has worked with conditions including pregnancy, postpartum, poor weight gain, feeding difficulties, gastrointestinal disease, congenital heart disease, transplant, and inborn errors of metabolism. She loves working with children and adults alike and believes there is something to learn from every client she meets. Jenny strives to be a good listener and understand her clients' goals and struggles.

Randi Andres practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, Pre/Post Partum, and Digestive Issues (IBS, IBD, Etc.). Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

I passionately believe in using the power of food to prevent and manage illness and maintain optimal health. Emma is passionate about helping others achieve their individual nutrition and health goals. She practices “judgment free” care and understands the numerous barriers to health, while serving as a partner to her patients on their wellness journey. She utilizes evidenced based practices to produce sustainable results and help others create a positive relationship with nutrition
