Trust me, I know it's hard to unlearn what the dieting industry has proclaimed as "healthy" and "unhealthy" for years, but know that this isn't a journey you have to face alone.
I'm an anti-diet registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) who has extensive work in the field of eating disorders in all levels of care. I've worked with those who struggle with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, orthorexia, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and other specified feeding and eating disorders.
I use a weight inclusive, health at every size (HAES) approach to treat clients because every person in every sized body is deserving of help. I also utilize evidence-based research to help you debunk the pseudoscience health claims of the dieting industry. Together we'll learn about the principles of intuitive eating and heal your relationship with food.
