Clinical Nutritionist Gina Beitmirza MS, RD, LD, CLT, CCC is a graduate of NYU, Peter Kump Culinary School, & IIN. I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years. I have exercised my knowledge of nutrition in areas of clinical, private, wellness and community outreach. I have a virtual private practice. The aim is to achieve all health, chronic disease, food sensitivities, and weight loss goals. My deep belief is that nutritional science is primarily best used in a comprehensive educational and preventive manner. My philosophy centers on the alignment of body, mind and health.

I would be SO EXCITED to help you meet your nutrition needs. I am an advocate for mindful / intuitive eating and realistic lifestyle changes. I would love to work with you for overcoming emotional / disordered eating, disease specific nutrition (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, CKD or PCOS), general nutrition education about how to life a balanced lifestyle, learning how to safely be vegan or vegetarian or corporate wellness. Please note, I am not weight loss focused and do not have any diet plans. I have an "All Foods Fit" mentality and believe food can be used for many reasons including FUN and FUNCTIONALLY.

I strongly believe in building a relationship with clients , and in doing so, gaining insight into each individual's strengths and weaknesses. This also creates a warm, calming environment where he or she can feel comfortable opening up. Having a degree in both Psychology and nutrition enables me to use counseling and behavior modification in conjunction with nutrition therapy. I don't focus on calories or numbers, rather achieving a healthy balanced relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.
