As your dietitian, I will work with you to develop healthy eating behaviors that will help you improve your health while also building a postive relationship with food. I take an individualized and longevity-focused approach working with my clients to ensure that they feel confident with their nutrition for the long haul. I do not believe in "quick fix" diets. All the work I do with my clients is sustainable and realistic, providing them knowledge and confidence throughout all seasons of life.
First, I will take you through a comprehensive initial nutrition assessment to get to know you better. After that, we will come up with realistic and individualized strategies to meet your goals. My aim is to provide you with a sustainable approach to improving your health with food and lifestyle habits.
