Hello there! I describe myself as a HAES-aligned, anti-diet, and weight-inclusive dietitian. I have been providing nutrition counseling since 2013, helping people cultivate better relationships with food and learn to trust their bodies again (or maybe for the first time ever). My areas of expertise include disordered eating, formally diagnosed eating disorders of all kinds, diet burnout, pre-natal and post-partum nutrition, and weight-neutral, non-diet management of PCOS and type 2 diabetes.
