Hi there! My name is Cassie and I'm a Registered Dietitian offering virtual counseling to RI, MA, and NH residents. I'm a firm believer that imparting small, practical changes is crucial to enjoyably achieving health and wellness goals that can be sustained in the long-term!

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

People meet with me for many reasons. Some are tired of the weight loss roller coaster. Some want to change their body composition. Some have a new diagnose of diabetes or high cholesterol. Many of my clients will tell you that they were nervous in the beginning. They thought I would take all of their favorite foods away. After one visit, however, they felt relieved, understood, and confident. To begin, we'll discuss your goals and challenges, and develop a weight loss plan that works with your lifestyle. Then you will receive ongoing support to keep you motivated and ensure you reach your goals.

I focus one on one with patients to learn about your goals so we can comeup with a plan together that works best for you.
