"When it comes to autism, diet and nutrition are HUGE. The wrong foods can cause all kinds of internal chaos, in the gut and the brain, which then manifests as external chaos. Do any of these symptoms sound familiar? Trouble sleeping, hyperactivity, difficulty concentrating, digestive problems like bloating, gas, diarrhea or constipation. The list goes on. If the wrong foods can wreak such havoc, imagine what the right foods could do for your child! I can help you use food strategically - to support health, to unburden the body and optimize your child’s quality of life."

"Welcome! As a consumer, it can be extremely difficult to sift through websites, news articles, press releases, and blogs to find quality nutrition guidelines to inform your own healthcare decisions. Research in nutrition continues to advance each day; we are continuously learning more about the complex ways food interacts with human health. While this progress is positive for nutritional science, it can be overwhelming and confusing for the public, especially when messaging may seem to change so quickly (eggs are good one week and bad the next, so which one is it?)."

"I’m a virtual registered dietitian here to help you find food & body freedom so that you can feel your best (without feeling obsessed). Do you feel overwhelmed by health trends and what foods you ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ eat? Are you a slave to the scale and let it dictate your mood for the day? Do you always choose the 'healthiest' option on the menu, or feel guilt after eating certain foods? It doesn't have to be this way! I help clients recover from disordered eating and embrace a non-diet, intuitive eating approach to health. I see all clients via skype/facetime/phone calls."
