Hi, I'm Courtney Watring a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. My passion is helping clients heal their relationship with food, their body and with movement. I delight in helping clients learn how to fuel their bodies to live life to the fullest and have optimal health. It is also important to me to teach others that nutrition makes a big difference in our mental health, as well as our body image. I love seeing my client getting excited about enjoying food, and learning to connect or re-connect with their nutritional journey.
