My ideal client would be an older adolescent or adult living in Florida or Pennsylvania that struggles with disordered eating or an eating disorder. This client would not currently be in strict residential treatment. My ideal client would want to restore their relationship with their body and food, and are ready to pursue finding joy outside of body image. They would want to receive support to step out of comfort zones to find freedom from unhealthy food and body image habits.

I am a dietitian that promotes Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size to help restore mindfulness to mental and physical needs. I am new to the specialty surrounding eating disorders, and am currently receiving supervision from a dietitian that specializes in disordered eating/eating disorders. I am investing time to learning more about this specialty.

Struggling with consistent thoughts around food and body is entirely exhausting, and it's really hard to explain to others how you are feeling and what you are going through. While I may not exactly understand what you are going through, know that I am here to support, listen, and understand from a compassionate point of view.
