My clients want to focus on their nutrition concerns (disordered eating, digestive health, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, autoimmune, fertility, and more) with a dietitian who values quality of life and a healthy relationship to food and body, rather than calorie counting and weight loss. I specialize in all types of eating disorders and disordered eating, including working with those wanting to stop dieting and find balance. I will help you strengthen, recover or discover a more peaceful relationship with food and body that incorporates pleasure, awareness and flexibility. I am trained in Family Based Treatment (FBT) which I use in combination with Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). I am passionate about supporting and empowering parents/caregivers and including them in child, teen and young adult eating disorder treatment. I am able to see clients in person and virtually.

I believe in an All Foods Fit Philosophy, and take a non-diet approach to meal planning by incorporating the principles of Intuitive Eating. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change their relationship with food. We live in a world full of pressure around food and ideas around "good and bad" and "should and shouldn't." Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

Maria is a Registered Dietitian who strongly believes in improving physical, mental, and emotional health through nutrition. Maria enjoys using her clinical background to help others navigate their unique nutritional needs by providing individualized interventions. Maria believes in a patient-centered, evidenced-based approach to nutrition care. She will help you achieve your nutrition goals through education, counseling, and therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, and medical nutrition therapy.
