Hi! I'm Jenna! Your food-loving, diet hating, Registered Dietitian and online nutrition coach. I am the CEO of Happy Strong Healthy, a virtual weight neutral, behavior focused, health first nutrition coaching practice built on the foundation that food, nutrition and wellness should not be a cause of stress in your life. I work with adolescents and adults who are hoping to build a better relationship with food and their bodies. I spent 7 years working in a facility that provided inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for people healing from eating disorders; thus I have extensive experience helping people build skills and break down barriers so that they can reclaim their relationships with food. In my private practice, I have worked with clients who are healing from eating disorders, and those building new relationships with food having struggled with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and eating issues in general.

Food/nutrition plays such a big role in our lives. By fully understanding each clients' specific needs, the LBS Nutrition Registered Dietitian's educate, create, and implement appropriate plans that will suit each individual's lifestyle. It is not a "one size fits all" approach. We work very closely with clients through one on one meetings, continuous online communication, offer weigh ins, support groups, cooking events, and more. Hello! I'm an integrative nutritionist, herbalist, and home chef who helps women understand what their symptoms are telling them and how to use food, herbs, and life habits to come back into balance.
