I work with individuals seeking guidance with eating disorder recovery, chronic dieting, and anyone looking to heal their relationship with food. It can be hard to decipher all of the nutrition information we see and there is a lot of morality associated with food choices in diet culture which can add to the confusion. My goal is to help you feel confident in listening to your body and making food choices that feel the most nourishing to you.

There is so much nutrition information out there. Shifting through all the informaion can be down right confusing and overwhelming. My practice focuses on finding peace with all foods and teaching you how to honor your unique nutrition needs. There is no such thing as "the right diet". Tune out the diet noise and learn what you need instead.

Functional medicine nutrition aims to address the root cause of disease instead of just managing symptoms. As a nutritionist I believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself. By healing the gut, rebalancing nutrient levels and gently eliminating toxins we can create the conditions for true health.
