Hello! My name is Emma, and I’m an eating disorder dietitian located in the Maryland area seeing clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland and virtually across the USA.
I became a dietitian after recovering from my own eating disorder that I battled as an adolescent and young adult. My professional training has taught me the science of disordered eating and malnutrition, but my personal experience enables me to empathize with the emotional and psychological struggles that come with it.
I am deeply grateful for the sense of peace that healing from an eating disorder has brought me, and it is my passion to help others feel the same as they navigate their own recovery.
