Emma specializes in working with disordered eating, eating disorders, athletes of all abilities looking to improve their performance as well as competitive athletes transitioning out of the sports world. She believes that food and movement can be enriching to life, but when we are constantly bombarded with conflicting information of what is “right” or “best”, it can make fueling and exercise a huge stressor! Emma’s favorite part of her job is watching clients grow in their confidence to fuel their body to meet their individual nutrition needs as well as regaining food freedom and the ability to enjoy eating.
