I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, athletes looking to harness the power of nutrition without falling into obsession, those who are sick of the cycle of dieting and body hate, or anyone who is simply unsure how to fuel their body while navigating the confusing nutrition and food messaging in our society today.
While I absolutely believe that nutrition can be a helpful tool in helping you feel your best, I also firmly believe that what you eat is one of the least interesting things about you and that the size of your body does not determine your health or worth. I would love the opportunity to be a part of your journey towards finding food freedom.
