Hello! My name is Emily Fitch and I'm a Health at Every Size (HAES) dietitian. I work with adults and adolescents ages 12 and up who struggle with disordered eating and body image concerns. With over 5 years of experience working with eating disorders at all levels of care, I have helped many people like you take the necessary steps toward food freedom. I believe that the most important aspect of recovery is feeling safe, supported, and validated in our bodies. My counseling style is warm and empathic. I work collaboratively with each client to help them discover their own path toward recovery and healing.
My specialty is weight-inclusive nutrition counseling for ADHD, disordered eating, body image healing, anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, ARFID, binge eating disorder, and other eating disorders. I believe in supporting my clients and their families from a client-centered team approach.
I strive to create a safe space for all bodies in a judgment-free and body-positive environment.
