I've been supporting clients on their recovery and health journeys since 2012 in various settings and levels of care, including residential treatment for eating disorders, substance abuse, and trauma. My training as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, herbalist, integrative health coach and my interest in mindfulness practices also influence my approach.
