I am passionate about helping individuals find peace with food & reconnect to the joys of eating. I offer both virtual and in-person nutrition counseling for pre-teens, adolescents, & adults struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. My mission is to provide you a safe space to let go of unhelpful food rules & beliefs and to heal your relationship with food, body, & self!
I provide individual and family nutrition counseling using a non-diet, Health At Every Size approach. I have experience in working with a variety of eating disorders at different levels of care for individuals of many ages, races, cultures, body sizes, sexualities, and gender identities.
