Spanning her career, Natalie has worked with a wide variety of individuals, from adolescents to adults with varying health conditions. It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.

Adena Is a Registered Dietitian who understands there is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to nutrition and takes pride in helping each patient develop a personalized plan that works for them. Adena focuses on balance through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes vs. a strict dieting approach. In addition to designing a sustainable nutrition plan, she will also work with you to prioritize other foundational aspects of health, such as stress management, sleep hygiene, and physical activity. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Demi is a registered dietitian who is dedicated to enhancing overall health and wellness. Anna’s experience as an inpatient dietitian has provided her with a strong foundation, working with various disease states as well as diverse populations throughout the lifespan.

Managing gastrointestinal and autoimmune issues can be overwhelming. I see clients with a variety of GI and autoimmune issues, but I don't take a one size fits all approach. I start with what has been found to help most individuals with specific GI/autoimmune issues, then make changes from there. I work in collaboration with my clients to develop a plan that works to help with symptom management. Majority of my clients are frustrated with the length of their struggle, so I am available for questions, concerns and overall support.

Beth has been working for over five years as an inpatient, outpatient and long-term care Licensed Registered Dietitian. The possibilities to manage and prevent chronic disease with improved nutrition inspired Beth to begin a career in dietetics. A food lover at heart, Beth believes food must always taste good, therefore she loves to be creative with recipes to increase nutritional value. Gretchen has over 13 years of experience working with a variety of individuals, in both the hospital setting and outpatient clinical settings. Gretchen is an expert in nutrition and strongly believes in the importance of a well-balanced diet, as it sets the foundation for how our body functions. Each person is unique, and it makes sense that the nutrients a person needs is unique as well. Gretchen believes in a non-diet/all inclusive nutrition approach to eating.
