As an eating disorder specialized registered dietitian, it's one of my core values for every one of my clients to feel their voice is respected and their needs are honored during the recovery process. I will support you with your nutrition targets while being mindful of psychological and medical comorbidities that can complicate nutrition in recovery. I tailor all recommendations in consideration of your food sensitivities, variety limitations, and GI issues (whether due to the eating disorder or preexisting), such as constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and intolerances.

I offer individualized nutrition support for eating disorder recovery exclusively via video sessions, so that you can receive help right from where YOUR life happens at home. I provide care for eating disorders through video sessions in CA, TN, MI, VA, CO, AZ, MS, WA, MN, and NY.
