My ideal patient is someone who wants to learn about clean eating and healthy ingredients to put into AND onto their body and how just one ingredient can promote health or disease. For example, spinach or chicken may be toxic to my patient but healthy to someone else. Through customized nutrition treatment plans, genetic testing, application of Chinese medicine (when clinically appropriate), and meal planning my patients learn how to eat compatible, real foods for their body to eliminate the source of symptoms and health issues.

I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in working with individuals who have chronically dieted, experience disordered eating behaviors, have obsessive thoughts about food, struggle with a positive body image, and are ready to find peace with food and themselves.

Welcome to Nutrition Counseling of New England! Where I have the honor of working with individual clients, families, and worksites. I help individuals who are looking to quit dieting for good and instead heal their relationship with food. My clients learn how to healthfully prepare their favorite foods and enjoy them fully!
