Eden Nutrition was founded with the mission to support patients, using individualized care, in making changes to their daily habits that will promote optimized health allowing them to live out God’s calling on their life from a place of wholeness, wellness, and strength. Eden Nutrition exists to promote relationships with food as they were in the garden when there was plenty, variety and nourishment was enjoyed, without shame or want. Holly Pudwill, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDRD-S is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals.
With over 15 years of experience working with eating disorders in all levels of care, Holly supports individuals with healing their relationship with food. She is uniquely gifted in understanding the complexities of eating disorder recovery and is passionate about helping those who struggle to find full freedom.
In addition to her work with patients with eating disorders, Holly is passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their wellness goals. She believes the adage that ‘food is medicine,’ working with clients to develop achievable, sustainable goals that support their overall health and quality of life.
