She completed her dietetic internship through the coordinated graduate program at Northern Illinois University after attending the University of Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. After sessions with Nicole, you can expect to feel empowered to make food choices that make you feel your best. You will gain a better understanding about how food and nutrition work in the body. Nicole excels at assisting clients with goal setting and providing clients with tools to achieve their goals.

My passion and nutrition related experience is in treating people who suffer from various types of eating disorders, addictions and other co-occurring disorders. Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Felicity is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who is licensed in the state of Illinois. She completed multiple dietetic internships before graduating with her master’s in nutrition from University of Illinois at Chicago. As a former Division I athlete, she has valuable experience in sports nutrition. She is passionate about nutrition education and became an RD to help people create the best version of themselves.
