Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian with Horizon Nutrition Counseling located in Nashville, TN. I love working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. I focus on building a trusting relationship with my clients and creating a safe space for my clients to heal their relationship with food and self image. I also enjoy nutrition counseling for disease management and prevention, lifestyle changes, sports nutrition and finding positive body movement.

As an avid adventure seeker, I am also passionate about offering nutrition counseling to help athletes and weekend warriors crush goals in various activities and sports.
