I'm a non-diet Registered Dietitian and Registered Yoga Teacher based in Manhattan and Hoboken. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and celiac disease. Stephanie’s practice centers around evidence-based nutrition support for complex physical and mental health conditions provided in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. She combines >10 years of academic experience in nutrition–including a PhD from Cornell + research at Harvard and Tufts–with her personal passion for providing practical support to diverse patient populations. I am a Board Certified Sports Dietitian specializing in performance nutrition and eating disorders. I work with active gym goers, athletes, and student athletes fuel their training and performance while improving their relationship with food and body image.
