I'm Rebecca Alcosser (she/her/hers), an anti-diet Registered Dietitian based in New York City. My practice specializes in the treatment of Eating Disorders with the goal of helping you heal your relationship with food and your body. My expertise is treating people with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, and ARFID. I have extensive experience treating eating disorders in higher levels of care including partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programming.
Through an all foods fit, weight inclusive approach, we will work together to explore your relationship with food and your body. In working with me, you will have a safe, non judgmental space to explore how food and nutrition impact your overall well being. I look forward to helping you on your journey towards peace with food.
