My goal is provide a friendly, non-judgmental space to allow individuals to critically process their thoughts around food, weight, and overall lifestyle.
In my experience, I have worked with a variety of nutrition-related diagnoses including eating disorders, diabetes, cardiac conditions, bariatric surgery, digestion complications, and overall weight management. I integrate a variety of nutrition therapies including individualized meal plans, intuitive eating, supplement education, and mind-body work.
