Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders with experience in both the outpatient and inpatient level of treatment. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, she continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro securing a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science.

I am a Registered Dietitian and Registered Yoga Teacher and am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through an overall lifestyle approach that is unique to each person. Alison was driven to the eating disorder field after her experiences as a competitive gymnast and Division 1 collegiate athlete. She is passionate about helping all individuals with varying backgrounds and all eating disorders through individualized care with a particular interest in pediatrics and athletes. She practices within the Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles by walking alongside clients to help them heal their relationship with food and themselves.

Maya Keator, MS, RD, LD is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food. Maya works from a Health at Every Size perspective to help her clients nourish their bodies through balanced eating. She has experience working with both adults and adolescents and specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating. When Maya is not in the office she enjoys playing volleyball, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her cat.
