My name is Madeline Alfiero and I am the sole owner of Osea Nutrition. I am a Licensed Registered Dietitian, a certified confidence coach and mindfulness nutritionist as well as a yoga and pilates instructor. I work solely with women to help them live their best life. Women who seek nutrition counseling from me decide that it's time to put their health and wellness first. Essentially, my client's goal is to improve their quality of life and become unstoppable!

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

All clients are ideal...they come with their own individual nutrition issues. As a Registered Dietitian it is my hope that we can come up with a plan of action to meet their needs. By giving the client time to communicate what they have been dealing with and coming up with goals together....the support can come in a gentle and nurturing environment. Many clients come in not knowing what to expect or are scared of making changes. That is not unusual. Helping them see what they can accomplish and breaking it down into manageable pieces can decrease the anxiety of coming in.

Diane Campbell has been a life changer as a Registered Dietitian for 20 years. Her areas of expertise include the treatment of patients with eating disorders, weight loss, gut health / IBS issues, & outpatient counseling for medical nutrition therapy and various nutritional needs. Diane has a magnetic personality that people naturally gravitate towards and open up to. Throughout her extensive experience in treating patients with eating disorders in private practice she has successfully helped hundreds of individuals overcome diseases. Diane is also a dynamic public speaker, available for speaking engagements and corporate wellness.

Cassie is an intuitive eating Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and former dieter. Growing up she succumbed to the allure of fad diets only to discover that they are not sustainable, practical or healthy! Her goal is to help clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food by eliminating the ideology of "good" and "bad" foods, and helping them identify the distinction between health and weight loss. Cassie takes an integrative and functional approach to nutrition, treating it as just one piece of the much larger puzzle that is optimum health.

I specialize in helping individuals and families optimize their health, well-being, and eating behaviors. I offer private nutrition counseling and group workshops using a non-diet, Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective. This means I won’t focus on your body size or prescribe eating rules to follow.
