I have been a registered dietitian for 15 years specializing in eating disorders. I have a non-diet, Health At Every Size approach to helping my clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, yo-yo dieting, etc. attain peace with food and their bodies. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults in their pursuit of freedom from eating disorders. I work closely with therapists, psychiatric providers, medical providers, and families of clients to achieve a team approach and to support my clients the best way possible. Kim's passion is working with adults and adolescents looking for support in their recovery journey from disordered eating, an eating disorder and those looking to improve their relationship with food. She also has specialized experience working with clients wanting to improve their diabetes control. Kim's approach is to assist the client in reaching their personal goals while providing a supportive, weight neutral and educational environment.

I specialize in treating the full spectrum of eating disorders in both adults and adolescents. I began my work at the residential treatment level of care working with both adult and adolescent eating disorder patients. I then widened my experience and furthered my skills by working in the outpatient setting. I again worked with adolescents and adults both with eating disorders and other medical conditions requiring medical nutrition therapy. Since that time I have worked as the lead dietitian at the residential treatment level of care treating adolescents with severe eating disorders.

Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

As a dietitian, Jade enjoys helping people identify the negative beliefs, emotions, and/or associations they have surrounding food, their weight, and their body, and then using nutritional interventions to respectfully and effectively guide them towards a healthy and loving relationship with food and their body. With a passion for offering individualized nutritional support, she is committed to helping each of her beloved clients by teaching the principles of Intuitive Eating, challenging thoughts and behaviors associated with chronic dieting, and working with people pre- and post-bariatric surgery.

I have been a Registered Dietitian for 17 years specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I help people change their relationship with food and exercise while promoting positive body image. In addition to providing nutrition education on normal eating, I also address the thoughts and feelings around food. I promote a non-diet approach to health in which all foods can fit into the diet. The goal is for you to develop a positive and healthy relationship with food and your body.

Brina is originally from the Midwest; growing up in North Dakota and attending college at University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where she received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1995. After college graduation, she relocated to the Phoenix area to start her career as an RD. Brina specializes in eating disorders and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She also specializes in intuitive eating, sports nutrition, digestive issues and food allergies. Brina is a Health At Every Size RD and is here to help you heal your relationship with food and your body.

Kristin specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, PCOS, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Chron's, and Pre/Post Natal Nutrition. Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

Kylie Peterson MPH, RDN, CDCES, RYT has 9 years of experience working in hospital critical care and out patient settings. Her experience includes extensive GI complications/disease, diabetes, liver, heart and kidney disease, and disordered eating. Kelli Jo Grover MS, RDN has 7 years of experience working with eating disorders. She specializes in complications along side eating disorders including gastroparesis, SMA, EDS, OCD, Trauma, BPD, POTS, bariatric surgeries, and enteral feedings.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

At Journey Nutrition Counseling we deeply understand that your relationship with food and your body is much more than calorie formulas and scientific facts. Without exploring our relationship with food, facts can leave us feeling more confused and overwhelmed. At Journey we provide nutrition education based on your needs, but you will also find a safe space to identify any mental or emotional aspects of eating that may be holding you back from the life you want.

Sarah is a registered dietitian who earned a bachelor's and master's degree in nutrition from the University of Georgia. She has experience treating eating disorders in all levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, and inpatient. She is able to see patients in AZ, CA, FL, GA, NC, and VA.

Riley’s approach to care is rooted in developing a strong rapport with the client and making client’s feel safe and heard. Per her nutrition philosophy, Riley believes in nutrition care that is a mutual conversation where a client can have a say in their care, as this will lead to more sustainable, long-term progress; additionally, Riley practices from a non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective for all clients, regardless of diagnosis. Riley prioritizes individualized treatment, tailoring interventions to meet clients developmental, financial, physical and emotional needs.
