I counsel clients and athletes virtually and in-person. I have worked with some local youth athletic organizations. With a background in both clinical and outpatient nutrition, I also bring my experience as a professional chef to make good nutrition solutions easy to my clients. I advocate the use of principles of intuitive eating to guide people towards fueling their bodies while helping them to foster a healthy relationship with food. Whether you play organized team sports or are a Weekend Warrior, I enjoy working with athletes of all ages and abilities, no matter what the end game.
I recognize that nutrition needs are constantly changing. Nutrition is a highly personalized science that ebbs and flows with a person’s needs throughout the life cycle as well as training cycles; it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. I strive to motivate my clients to meet their goals by helping them define healthy habits that work into their lives.
