Hi! I’m Disha and a passionate Registered Dietitian with Masters in dietetics and Nutrition. My ideal client is the one who is ready to take charge of their health whether it is diabetes, cardiac health, weight management, PCOS/infertility or just lifestyle modification for disease prevention. I am excited to bring Ayurveda into my scope of practice. I can help you analyze your mind and body constitution (basically which natural elements are predominant in you) with your detailed history and thereby provide you with dietary changes, suggest daily and seasonal routines, detox, mind and body connection and much more.
My motto is “Let Food be your medicine and let medicine be your food”. I believe that prevention is better than cure and hence combining my western RD knowledge and eastern science of life (‘Ayur’- life and ‘Veda’ - science) can be a really interesting, fun and practical way to attain your health goals.
