I truly enjoy working with clients that currently have or have a history of an eating disorder and/or body image or food related issues. Working with those who are done with the dieting culture, and tired of experiencing statements from healthcare professionals about how they have to change their body. I am a weight and food inclusive dietitian who wants help anyone that is searching for a meal plan that is realistic and meets their personal goals.
I specialize in helping those are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types to help my clients identify what their definition of healthy.
