I have been a dietitian for almost 20 years and have worked in many areas including long term care, sports nutrition, weight management and overall wellness. I love what I do and want to work with my clients to help improve overall health and performance. I have been increasing my expertise in sports nutrition, food sensitivities and ways to help women with lymphatic disorders.
