I am a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is transgender, queer, neurodivergent, and recovered from my own eating disorders. I believe every client is truly unique and sees the world through their own lens. I work from a weight inclusive and social justice stance in striving to respect humans living in different body shapes, sizes, ages, genders, abilities, nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. I believe in developing a strong therapeutic alliance with each client to work alongside them to find their own sustainable solutions for lasting recovery from disordered eating.

I work with adults looking to take a food-first approach to balance hormones, optimize fertility, improve gut issues, support autoimmunity, increase energy, and reduce cravings, aches, and pains. Part of my work as a consultant at Love Yourself Nutrition and as a Registered Dietitian is to provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost clients' confidence and offer support as they navigate their health and wellness challenges. Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
