Hi there! I'm Rachel, and I'm a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping my clients improve their health through a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. I focus primarily on relationship to food and body with an all-foods-can-fit mindset. I specialize in disordered eating and women's health, and have experience in many other conditions including hormone health, digestive health, diabetes, cholesterol, osteoporosis, autoimmune conditions, and general weight management.

I am an anti-diet Registered dietitian/nutrition therapist, who specializes in working with clients with eating disorders, and disordered eating. I am also passionate about working with pregnancy and postpartum clients, teaching them how to ditch the diet mentality and work toward a better relationship with food and their body. My approach to nutrition therapy is multi-faceted. I offer individual counseling sessions, individual cooking sessions, food exposures, college meal preparation, cooking workshops, and supportive nutrition groups.  In all of my work, I encourage clients to find balance and live joyfully with food.
