As a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian at Integrated Care Clinic, it is my belief that food plays a vital role, both physically and psychologically. I provide accurate, evidence-based education and support to you or your loved one in an effort to understand the connections between the foods we eat, our bodies, and our emotions. I will teach skills to be more mindful and intuitive when it comes to fueling your body and meeting your nutritional needs. I follow the "All Foods Fit" philosophy, and believe that all foods have a place in our day-to-day lives in balance and moderation.
I specialize in working with with clients who engage in disordered eating or exercise patterns and have a poor or unhealthy relationship with food and their body. I am an expert in working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mild to severe eating issues including anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, binge eating, orthorexia, and GI issues.
I am passionate about working with clients who experience emotional or psychological barriers to having a healthy relationship with food and their body. My initial 60-minute assessment is $200, follow-up 60-minute nutrition counseling sessions are $150, and 30-minute nutrition counseling sessions are $75.
