I specialize in digestive wellness including IBS, SIBO, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, Crohn's, food sensitivities, and real food. My mission is to educate, inspire and motivate you to become the healthiest version of yourself. I don’t just give you a plan and send you out the door. I support you throughout your journey. My goal is to get you to where you don’t need me! I will teach you how to follow my process on your own so that you can have ongoing, independent success. I provide telehealth services through a HIPAA-compliant platform allowing you to receive medical nutrition therapy at home or in the office.
I am a celiac-thriver and my daughter is doing the same with Crohn's disease. Digestive health is a labor of love! I knows the frustrations that come with digestive diseases and the power of food. I am a lifelong learner and am a Monash-trained Dietitian and a Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist.
