About
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stages 3-5 and PKD are my specialty. Nutrition is a powerful tool that can preserve your kidney function, delay and even prevent a need for dialysis. You can stop or slow CKD from advancing with informed lifestyle and diet choices!
I am an involved teacher, coach, and cheerleader for each of my clients in their kidney health journey. I help clients from everything from implementing a plant-based diet for CKD to a low oxalate, kidney-friendly ketogenic nutrition therapy for PKD. I also help people with autoimmune CKD heal their gut to reduce inflammation and support kidney health.
My knowledge, diverse experience, and grounded approach help my clients reach their goals. I help clients with everything from understanding their CKD, transitioning to a plant-based diet, supplementation, ketogenic therapy for PKD to menu and meal planning. Every clients receives a customized nutrition plan!
