Devon has been in private practice since 2014 and working in the field of nutrition since 2012. Devon's passion is helping clients make peace with food and their bodies. She aims to educate her clients on how to find balance healing and nourishing their bodies while ending the chronic cycle of dieting. She works with clients on creating balance and structure with food to help explore the noise around food and body to break free of shame and self hate.
Nutritional counseling addresses each clients' goals/challenges by providing an understanding of nutrition and the body; while working on body acceptance, making peace with food and beginning to find balance that will work for each individual.
