Helping my clients achieve their desired results is the reason why I pursued a career in nutrition. I have experience working with children and adults, and enjoy finding creative ways to coach my clients through their nutritional goals. I provide nutrition counseling, diet analysis, meal planning and food shopping education. I have published articles and educational material, as well as presented lectures on various topics of health and wellness.
I am currently acquiring the Certified Specialist Certification in Sports Dietetics. I'm an active member of the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition dietetic practice group. I have partnered with Gatorade in a Sports Fueling Project working with high school athletes.
Women's nutrition along with pediatric nutrition are two aspects that I am passionate about. Over the summer I completed a Certification of Training in Child and Adolescent Weight Management.
