I specialize in working with kids via telehealth who are picky eaters (including those diagnosed with Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD), ARFID, and Autism Spectrum Disorder), individuals who are underweight or have growth concerns, and/or suffer from poor gut health (constipation, diarrhea, bloating, excess gas). I provide individualized advice instead of one size fits all care. I dig deep to uncover the reasoning for selectivity and set realistic goals. My goal is to not only ensure calories are adequate, but also make sure that we are setting your child up for long-term nutrition and health success.
I am trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding as well as have gotten additional training in ARFID - Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. I also offer functional micronutrient + stool testing to optimize your child's health and identify their unique individual needs.
