I strongly believe in the power of food as medicine. I work with my clients to treat their health concerns using a natural, whole foods approach, but do incorporate supplements when appropriate. My main areas of expertise include food digestive disorders such as IBS and SIBO, food allergies & sensitivities, diabetes, and cardiovascular health.
