I take a look at the whole picture, not just what you’re putting on your plate. In our work together, I aim to help you tackle challenges from a medical, evidence-based viewpoint while also considering your mental and emotional health to create the right path for you. My trauma-informed, empowered, and non-restrictive methods help patients eat well and enjoy a higher quality of life.

I believe in building strong, supportive partnerships. While a single session can provide insight, real change takes time, patience, and practice. That’s why I encourage a longer-term approach, where we work together over time to support your evolving needs.
