You are the expert on your body, and my goal is to provide the tools for you to create your own definition of health without feeling stuck in the cycle of dieting, food guilt, and body image frustration

As a non-diet dietitian, I follow a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, meaning I will not judge your eating habits, I will welcome bodies of all kinds, and I will provide respectful and compassionate care.
