My passion for helping individuals—including professional athletes—optimize their health and performance led me to graduate Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alabama. Since then, I have dedicated my career to delivering evidence-based nutrition and exercise interventions. Currently, I serve as the Director of KM Wellness Center in El Paso, TX, where I take a holistic approach to helping individuals with chronic conditions.
In addition, I am on the path to becoming a Physician Assistant, where I plan to integrate my expertise in nutrition with a broader scope of medical practice to make an even greater impact on my patients’ lives.
